We are very particular about where our meats come from and proud to carry the highest quality selection around. We have three full-time highly skilled butchers on our team with over 100 years combined experience in the trade! Our butchers are based in our sister store in Orleans. They prepare everything fresh daily from specialty cuts to store made sausages to marinated meats and it is all delivered directly to Plumb Corner. We are a Certified Angus butcher shop and serve only the highest products including Bell & Evans and Farmers Focus Organic Chicken, DuBreton Antibiotic and Hormone free pork and Plainville Farm’s turkey.
